Description: Grade rosters comprise the original grade reports for students which the instructor completes at the end of each semester and summer session. The report includes the section, course number, course name, student's name and social security number, student's classification, grade given, number of credits of the course, and the instructor's signature. This serves as the backup to the student transcripts and provides verification of an instructor's grade. Also includes University of Wisconsin Extension class grades as well.
